The linker supports the generation of an XML link information file through the --xml_link_info=file option. This option causes the linker to generate a well-formed XML file containing detailed information about the result of a link. The information included in this file includes all of the information that is currently produced in a linker generated map file. See Section A for specifics on the contents of the generated XML file.
