To clone, build, and release this tree:

0. clone via gentree
       cd $TREES/xdcprod
       gentree xdcprod-???

1. edit imports.mak to use new (if any) import trees

2. if this is a Patch, Point or Major release:
       o update version.txt; e.g. change 3.10.00.00 to 3.10.01.45
       o update src/docs/release_notes.html

3. SM-MAKE .clean; SM-MAKE .all-files > & Make.log &

4. release via reltree
